Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use MeetMate Vibe call. By registering, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration info, and to maintain the security of your login details (email, Google, or Apple accounts).

2. Description of Service

MeetMate Vibe call is a real-time audio calling and social connection platform that allows users to connect with registered experts and hosts for paid, secure voice conversations. The platform features user profiles, expert categories, a search/discovery directory, and virtual wallet systems.

3. Wallet, Recharges, and Billing

• Wallet Account: Users must recharge their virtual wallets with positive balances to initiate or receive calls with experts.
• Billing Model: Calls are billed on a per-minute basis. Rates are set by the individual expert or host (subject to admin limits). The wallet balance is automatically deducted as the call progresses.
• Call Disconnection: If your wallet balance falls below the threshold required to continue a call, the system will automatically disconnect the call.
• Refunds: All wallet recharges, package purchases, and call deductions are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or resolved via our ticket support for recharge failures.

4. Expert / Host Terms

If you register as an expert or host on MeetMate Vibe call:

• You act as an independent contractor, not an employee of MeetMate Vibe call or GREENHORN WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED.
• You may set your own call rate per minute, within constraints configured in the Admin Dashboard.
• You must maintain professional, respectful conduct. Violation of our safety policies will lead to account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.
• You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes on your earnings. Withdrawals will be processed securely through registered UPI or bank details.

5. Code of Conduct & User Behavior

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Harass, abuse, stalk, or verbally assault other users, hosts, or support agents.
• Share or request personal contact details (such as phone numbers, physical addresses, email addresses, or external social media profiles) during voice calls or support chats.
• Transmit obscene, vulgar, hateful, or sexually explicit content. MeetMate Vibe call is designed for constructive friendship, advice, and conversation.

MeetMate Vibe call reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, logos, app designs, features, and source code are owned by MeetMate Vibe call and its parent entity, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7. Account Deletion & Termination

You may delete your account at any time:

• In-App: Navigate to Settings > Delete Account in the app.
• Email: Send a deletion request to support@meetmate.fun.

Upon deletion, your profile and account settings are removed within 30 days. Active wallet balances are non-refundable upon deletion.
